a Touch of Paris: Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse

Nuxe oil

Yes, a touch of Paris in our beautiful South Africa. Have you ever wondered how those gorgeous Parisian woman get that illuminated natural glow? Well all gratitude and worship goes to Aliza Jabes, who in the early 1990’s discovered Nuxe, a small natural skincare laboratory based in Paris and in 1991 their star product namely Huile Prodigieuse Dry oil for face, body and hair was released. This product embodies the brand’s philosophy, a blend of pleasure and efficiency in a voluptuous addictive experience.

Nuxe This 3

Without a doubt a was overflown with excitement when I received my 50ml Huile Prodigieuse giftset containing a mini Reve De Miel face cleansing and Makeup removing gel and a mini Huile Prodigieuse that contains the most delicate glitters to add an extra bronzed glow. I bought this gift set at Woolworths for only R255.00 and I find that is such a great price for such an amazing product and also think that this would make a great Christmas gift.

Nuxe Huile Body Oil

I will definitely repurchase this product as it is so multi purpose to the point where I actually use it as a perfume on my more relaxed days. It has the most unique captivating smell, unlike something I can ever explain. It is soft, warm and feminine. It nourishes my body leaving it soft and glowing. I use it on my face after I steamed and exfoliated and it absorbed so quickly without leaving any sticky residue.  I only twice ever used it on y hair and it has not left my hair looking oily but instead it left my chemically dried out hair looking healthy and strong for a change.

Other uses and tips I got from the Nuxe Website for this dry oil is amazing and I will definitely be trying it out. Instead of applying the oil direct to your face if you are scared of looking oily you can just blend a few drops in your moisturizer or serum. You can also blend this in your foundation to get a dewy finish or by spritzing a little on your face before putting on a facemask will just add that extra bit of moisture.

This is definitely without a doubt one of my star products and holy grails and I will seriously repurchase everytime. I doubt that I will ever find a product as good as this and it will hardly break your bank as a little goes a long way. Thank you Aliza for this stunner, Me and the Beauty Gods worship you.

Looks like a wonderful product, even though I mistook it as perfume initially. Would I be able to buy it in Malaysia?
